There is only one room available for the Bed and Breakfast, the rental rate is $130 per night plus tax.  Again, this includes a complete, hot, delicious breakfast to start off your day on the lake.  Please make arrangements in advance if you want to take advantage of our flexible breakfast plan.

To rent the Rooster's Roost there is a minimum of a two night stay on all weekends, holidays, and fishing tournaments.  The rental is $30 per person/per night with a minimum $120 per night plus tax.  For more than 4 guests staying at Rooster's Roost there is an additioanl charge of $30 per person up to 8-12 people, for example, 6 people would be $180 plus tax.  If you don't use or need both bedrooms we do not rent it out to anyone else (you don't share with strangers).  We can make arrangements for slightly larger groups as well.  Give us a call so we can discuss your lodging needs. If you are interested in staying in Rooster's Roost for just one night (during the week and if it is available), we charge a $25 cleaning fee. No cleaning fee for two or more nights.

Our newest (Jan 2011) addition to Green Acres is our 2 BR/1Bath Cabin named "Bird's Nest".  To rent the Cabin there is a minimum of a two night stay on all weekends, holidays, and during fishing tournaments.  The rental charge for the cabin is $100 per night plus tax for 1-2 people.  Each additional person is $20 per person per night plus tax.  The cabin would be great for a family of 4-5 people, it would also be good for a small group of 2-4 fishermen or fisherwomen. If you are interested in staying in the Cabin for just one night (during the week and if it is available), we charge a $25 cleaning fee. No cleaning fee for two or more nights.

1. Check Out is 11:00am/Check In is 2:00pm.   Early arrivals or late check outs can be arranged if available.
2. Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.
3. Guests are responsible for inspecting the rental unit upon arrival and report immediately any damages or unsual conditions to the owners.
4. Guest will be charged the full cost for any damages done to property.
5. There will be a $40 cleaning charge for any excessive cleaning.
6. Green Acres Management reserves the right to inspect the rental property at any time during your stay.
7. Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave for any reason, without a refund.
8. No smoking indoors and no pets allowed.

Our cancellation policy is intended to be fair to our guests and to prevent loss of income to our business.  If you cancel your reservation at any time for any reason there is a $25 cancellation charge.  If you cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date, you get a full refund of your deposit, less the $25 cancellation charge.  Cancellations or changes to your reservation of less than 15 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for 50% of the rental.  Finally, you will be charged the full rental amount if you cancel your reservation within 48 hours or less of your arrival date.
